At The Gables Wine Country Inn, we take pride in our policies to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Our policies are designed to enhance your experience during your stay at our charming Bed & Breakfast in beautiful Wine Country, Santa Rosa, CA.

Reservations: Your room charges are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 extra charge for a third person. Room charges plus applicable taxes are charged to either a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card at the time your reservation is made.

Reservations & Cancellations

For 1-4 rooms

For 1-4 rooms, a one night deposit per room is required at the time of the reservation. The balance will be charged to your credit card 7 days in advance of your stay. Should you cancel outside of 7 days, we will refund your deposit, minus an administrative fee of $25.00 per room per night. Should you cancel inside of 7 days, we cannot offer a refund unless we are able to re-rent your rooms, which we will make every effort to do. 

For 5-8 rooms

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 30 days in advance of your stay. Should you cancel outside of 20 days, we will refund the balance, minus an administrative fee of $25.00 per room per night. If you should cancel inside of 20 days, we cannot refund the balance unless we are able to re-rent your rooms, which we will make every effort to do. 

SMOKING

Our inn is a non-smoking facility and we adhere strictly to our policy. If you choose to smoke, our large sun deck is available.

CHILDREN

We are able to host infants or children in the William & Mary Cottage. Young adults over the age of 12 can be hosted in the William and Mary Cottage and in the Garden View Room. 

PETS

We’re sorry, but our inn is not equipped to welcome your pets, and we ask that you make other arrangements for them.
